3 - After select one of the options below.
To clarify aboout POP and IMAP:

IMAP: The messages are stored on the host server. If you configure as IMAP also in other devices as a computer with Outlook or an iPad for example, when you remove a message from your iPhone, from your iPad or in the Outlook it will be also removd from other devices. Its a good option to NOT need to remove the same message from each device. The negative side is that the messages will stay stored on server, wasting your host plan space. If yourplan gets the limit you'll must migrate to a bigger plan or remove the old messages to release space.

POP:
The messages are download to your device, keeping a copy on the server for a few days ( you can configure how many days in the iOS), it saves your host plan's space, but don't keep the other devices synchronized, in other words, when you remove a messagefrom your iPhone, it still be in your email program of your computer.

Touch on wich you want to use, IMAP or POP. There isn't a better or worse option, you must verify what's your necessity and choose who will attend you better.
